The assessment of the immediate and delayed effects of viroacoustic massage on the activity of levels of neurovegetative regulation of heart rhythm in healthy young women was carried out. It has been shown that conducting a course of vibroacoustic massage performed using singing bowls leads to more economical work of the cardiovascular system at rest immediately after the end of the course due to changes in the activity levels of neurovegetative regulation of heart rhythm - a decrease in the "central" influences of suprasegmental structures and the sympathetic department with an increase in the overall power spectrum at rest; increased sympathetic effects and the activity of the suprasegmental level of regulation (an increase in VLF) during the orthostatic test immediately after the end of the course, which can be considered as an increase in adaptation to orthostatic stress and an increase in statokinetic stability. 2 weeks after the end of the course of vibroacoustic massage, there was a positive trend in the values of SDNN, pNN50, RMSSD, SI compared with the initial data at rest and a more economical response to orthostasis (according to SI2).
