The paper summarizes experience in organizing and improving physical-education classes for university students assigned to a special medical group. A survey of the students revealed four predominant nosological categories: cardiovascular, musculoskeletal, endocrine, and respiratory diseases. An optimization model is proposed that includes medical-pedagogical screening, a differentiated selection of exercises, and continuous monitoring of functional indicators.
