The article presents an analysis of the problem of individualization of sports training for kettlebell athletes, and reveals the essence of individualization as a scientifically grounded system for planning and implementing training loads based on a comprehensive diagnosis of the morphofunctional characteristics of kettlebell athletes. The author presents the structure of the main directions of individualization of sports training. As one of the components of individualization, the author proposes a program for diagnosing the morphofunctional characteristics of athletes, the results of which have allowed for the adjustment of individual training plans.
