The article presents an analytical review of modern scientific research on the impact of interactive technologies on the physiological reactions of students aged 18-22 in the process of physical education. The main directions of the digital transformation of education are considered, both positive and negative aspects of the use of interactive tools (online platforms, mobile applications, fitness trackers, etc.) for individualizing and improving the effectiveness of students' physical activity are analyzed. The article summarizes the results of research on the assessment of the cardiovascular, respiratory, musculoskeletal and nervous systems, as well as cognitive and psycho-emotional reactions when using interactive technologies in physical education of students. The data on the risks of developing visual fatigue, postural disorders, physical inactivity, as well as on the possibilities of increasing motivation and self-control are summarized. The conclusion is made about the need for a balanced and differentiated approach to the introduction of digital technologies into the educational process, taking into account the age and individual characteristics of students. Scientific physiological research will be the basis for the development of physiological and hygienic recommendations on the use of interactive technologies in order to promote the health and improve the working capacity of students.
